Unusual (2.5-12%). Pathology: large hemorrhagic or necrotic cavities. Radiographic finding: metaphyseal location(long bone), lack of significant sclerosis, wide transitional zone, expansile remodeling of bone, periosteal reaction: aggressive, cortical destruction, associated soft-tissue mass; CT and MR imaging: Largely hemorrhagic and/or necrotic composition, fluid levels(DDx aneurysmal bone cyst), nodular viable high-grade sarcomatous cells, solid thick nodular enhancing rim, subtle mineralization
