greater tuberosity fracture of humerus ( RID1973 ) and midligament disruption
3T images. Patient fractured greater tuberosity which is essentially an avulsion by the supraspinatus in this case. A shoulder dislocation in an elderly person is more likely to cause a cuff rupture (including subscap) than bankart lesion. Mid ligament tears (IGHL) are also more common in the elderly and rare in young patients. Mid inferior glenohumeral ligament tear seen on first and second images.
