Bilateral elastofibroma dorsi
Elastofibroma dorsi is a benign soft tissue tumor composed of fibrous and fatty elements that presents in a classic infrascapular position deep to the latissimus dorsi and serratus anterior muscles. Other sites are documented but very rare.
The lesion shows strands of T1 and T2 iso-intense fibrous tissue interspersed with fatty tissue which saturates out on the STIR and PD-FS sequences. [ Article ]
