Joggers foot 38 y/o active jogger and soccer enthusiast. Patient with pes planus has FHL tenosynovial edema as well as soft tissue edema medial arch between abductor hallucis and flexor digitorum. Location of the medial plantar nerve. Syndrome felt to be a variation of medial plantar inflammarory/stress neuropraxia.
Pain medial arch and along FHL. Difficulty flexing big toe.
