RID34630 63 y/o patient with knee pain and meniscus pathology (not shown). Prominent ACL mucoid degeneration and increased bone marrow signal around the femoral ACL insertion. The trabecular structure is maintained in this area and the high signal area is well-defined. DDx mucoid degeneration extending into the bone marrow or bone marrow edema pattern? The attached article shows a similar pattern but not as extensive osseous involvement. [ Article ]
