Osteoid osteoma ( RID4005 )
The nidus is intracortical and has a sclerotic sequestrum on CT. The nidus on MRI is a dark intracortical focus now indicated by white arrows. The separate adjacent subcortical fibrocystic change is T2 bright. Patient has FAI and labral tear AND an intra-cortical osteoid osteoma, responsible for the bone marrow edema and synovitis.
