Slide 1 shows tendinosis. Stem cell therapy (no details available) was performed several months ago. There is complete rupture: slides 2-5 (tendon remnants indicated by white arrows) and a new stress fracture at the dorsal margin of the talar head (yellow arrow); presumably related to stress at the dorsal talonavicular capsular ligament origin with loss of support of the midfoot arch.
