Failed Latarjet procedure
The Latarjet procedure is removal and transfer of the distal coracoid with its attached muscles (short head of biceps and coracobrachialis) to the anterior glenoid. In this case the patient suffered a recurrent dislocation and pulled the bone block off of the glenoid with one of the screws. The bone block was stripped off of the other screw which stayed in the glenoid – see the sagittal image. The clue to the type of procedure is the defect of the coracoid (arrow).
