radial collateral ligament tear and extensor tendinosis( RID2044 )
Nice tear of the origin of the radial collateral ligament (1st coronal and fat sat axial). The lateral ulnar collateral ligament origin was sprained/degenerated but not torn (2nd coronal image). The 2 ligaments share a broad common origin. The findings could represent a healed or partially healed tear of the lateral ulnar collateral portion of the combined origin. No subluxation of the radial head on the sagittal. No tendon tear seen but the common extensor tendon is degenerated (PD, no fat sat, coronal).
