Discussion

She has a subacute Hill-Sachs lesion related to recent anterior shoulder dislocation. The anterior glenoid rim is not injured and the labrum is intact. There is avulsion of the anterior band of the IGHL at its glenoid insertion; note it is stripped off of the periphery of the labrum and the glenoid rim. The BLO images show this particularly well, and (I think) it shows the depth and medial-lateral dimension of the Hill Sachs lesion best as it is perpendicular to the defect.
