Discussion

This is very reminiscent of case #1835. History is similar; same age and similar duration. I believe this is a soft tissue chondroma. Does it require excision? Can it simply be watched? Can I report this as consistent with soft tissue chondroma or does it require a differential? Please advise.

Diagnosis

chondroma ( RID4126 )
