68 yo with numbness and paresthesias of the skin in ulnar nerve distribution. Ulnar nerve lesion.

Discussion

In this case the ulnar nerve passes through the deep fascial septum of the anterior compartment of the forearm just past the cubital tunnel and I am thinking it is kinked there. There is also denervation of the flexor digitorum profundus. Reference article.
