Discussion

Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic inflammatory joint disease that develops in patients with psoriasis, with destructive bone changes. In this case, probably at a young age, there is no perceptible bone erosion. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance showed an important thickening of the synovium. Reference article.
