My colleague had to share this with me after a failed attempt at arthrography. He puts the shoulder in Grashey, but it doesnt really look like Grashey. No matter what, he couldnt get in and converted it to a routine MRI. The first set of Cor images look so nice....or do they? The crazy thing is that the injury was 3 years ago. Not all workers comp is bogus. I was taught the posterior shoulder dislocation locks the shoulder in internal rotation, but based on the axial image, it is not. 1) Why is that? 2) I think thats partly why the scout image for the arthrogram was so misleading.
