54 yopost biceps tenodesis, recurrent injury. Palpable mass. Possible recurrent tear.

Discussion

Surgery was 8 weeks ago. You can see the stump on the coronal next to the tenodesis screw. No tendon near the screw and you can see the retracted tendon further inferiorly. I have found that when a surgeon feels a mass that appeared suddenly with trauma and suspects a retracted tendon tear, they are usually right.
