Discussion

There are no films prior to 2016, but he has only been symptomatic x 2 years. I presume this is adult onset navicular AVN, more severe on the Right, but bilateral. On the right there is medial navicular subluxation uncovering the talar head, with severe secondary DJD at the talonavicular joint and articulation between the lateral talar head and lateral cuneiform. Adult onset navicular AVN is Mueller Weiss syndrome. Reference article.
