Discussion

Synovitis, reactive osteitis, erosions, large effusion and biceps tenosynovitis with an associated fluid collection in the patients biceps muscle belly at the mid arm. The fluid collection was the cause of swelling. Patient was sent by dialysis doctor. Reference article.
