Discussion

Everything is avulsed, but nothing is torn! There is an elevated avulsion fracture of the tibial intercondylar eminence at the ACL footplate (white arrow). There is a Segond fracture (lateral capsule avulsion, yellow arrow). There is an avulsion of the MFC by the MCL...not sure Ive ever seen that (black arrow). The Obl Cor is entirely unnecessary, but shows the intact ACL in a straight shot inserting onto the avulsion fracture fragment. Reference article.
