Discussion

I know we have had a lengthy discussion about the virtues (or not) of routinely evaluating scout images. My body image colleague managed to find this one. I had been favoring benign fibrous or chondroid lesion that is at risk for pathologic fracture due to cortical thinning, expansion and scalloping, but now I wonder about RCCA metastasis. Is there any imaging that would obviate the need for biopsy in this case?
