Discussion

There is fragmentation of one of the 2 bioabsorbable interference screws in the tibial tunnel, with a fragment situation in a cyst superficial to the tibial tunnel. The ACL graft is markedly attenuated. The last slide shows the failed, fragmented bioabsorbable femoral crosspin (arrow) from the initial reconstruction in 2011. Might be time for a Bone-Patellar Tendon-Bone autograft with metallic fixation?
