Discussion

A companion case to #1303, shows a healing anterior tibial stress fracture in a young male with Blaus syndrome, which is an autosomal dominant inflammatory condition with granulomas affecting skin and a symmetrical polyarthritis. We have had a couple of patients presenting with widespread tenosynovitis. I think there may be some overlap with early onset sarcoidosis.
