Discussion

14 M baseball pitcher with throwing injury and pain. There is a Hill-Sachs impaction but the anteroinferior labrum has a normal appearance. There is a notable high inserting band of the inferior glenohumeral ligament with a variant Buford complex. The IGHL anterior band is partially torn and there is a sprain/partial tear of the MGHL/anterior capsule.
