Discussion

In this case there is a small high grade partial articular surface supraspinatus tear at the anterior leading edge, and a low grade intrasubstance subscap tear at its cranial insertion (white arrows). The red arrows point to a torn rotator cable, with delamination of the crescent that is folded under upon itself. Thats what I called it. Agree?
