74 y/o female with mass on shoulder. Also pain. Evaluate mass and r/o rotator cuff tear.

Discussion

Large cyst associated with a rotator cuff tear and AC arthrosis. Geyser phenomenon if communication shown at arthrography (some definitions specify arthrography). This was not an arthrogram. Patient also has a chronic rotator cuff tear. Reference article.
