Discussion

S/P 2 previous surgeries for a aggressive PVNS. The treatment is radical surgery, total synovectomy and adjunctive radiotherapy. In this pt, the external appearance has been preserved with good hand function. At 2 years follow up, he is completely free of disease. Reference article.
