Discussion

Nice example of a common combination of a medial meniscus bucket handle tear and ACL tear. There is a double PCL sign on the sagittals and an empty lateral wall sign of the ACL tear on the axial (arrow). Coronal is shown for the displaced bucket handle below the PCL. Injury was a few weeks ago.
